Cipher Workbench is a free set of code-breaking tools and puzzle games, for anyone who likes a puzzle. You can crack secret messages, learn Morse code, Pig Latin, binary and hex, make printable puzzle sheets for friends, and play logic games that reward careful thinking. The Kids' Puzzle Maker and Code Hangman are made especially for children aged 6 to 12.

For parents and teachers

Everything works in the browser. There's nothing to install and no account to make.
Progress, points and streaks are kept on your own device, in the browser. Nobody else can see them.
Printable worksheets come with an optional answer key, and every level has its own set of puzzles.
Every new puzzle, riddle and message is checked by a person before it appears on the site.

The classic ciphers here are great for learning how codes work, but all of them can be broken. They aren't a way to protect real secrets.
